A complex extension to the existing site to create a new 600 space multi storey car park, large food retail store and associated external works and landscaping.  Full Commercial Management was provided and Final Account settled within 3 months of Practical Completion.

Demolition and remediation of existing sports facility site and construction of new leisure facility to provide 2 Nr pools, sports hall, gymnasium, rock climbing wall, dance studios and all associated ancillary space.
